Training that teaches prompts ages out in a quarter, so the curriculum is built around judgment instead. Sessions are run on the team's own work, using their real documents and real tasks, because a generic exercise teaches a tool and a real one teaches where the tool fits. The core skill taught is verification: how to tell a sourced statement from a fluent one, how to check a claim before it reaches a client, and how to recognize the shape of an answer that sounds authoritative because it is generic. Data handling is covered concretely, naming what must never be pasted into a third-party tool and what the organization's own policy already says. Each session ends with the team writing their own briefs for their own recurring tasks, so the output is a set of reusable instructions the organization keeps rather than a slide deck. Follow-up reviews the work produced since, which is the only measure of whether the training landed.
